What are my shipping options?
We have three methods of shipment. White Glove (two men bring inside the residence, place it in the desired location and remove all packing materials), Curbside (Item is taken off the truck to the curb only. It is your responsibility to bring into the residence), Or Regional Warehouse Delivery (not available in all areas; Item is delivered to a regional warehouse where the customer can pick it up). What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom made according to your specific request, we do not accept returns. We do however warrant our product for workmanship defects according to our warranty policy.
