Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum 50% deposit required on all custom orders.
  • Payment must be made in full BEFORE delivery/pickup.
  • Once placed, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. Changes to orders will be handled solely at Legends discretion.
  • All fabrics are subject to dye-lot variance.
  • All Sizing is approximate (sizes may vary up to 2-4”)
  • For non-custom orders, no refunds/returns unless expressly authorized at time of sale. A 30% restocking/cancellation charge will apply if approved by Legends management.
  • Storage fees ($4.00 per day) will commence 21 days after the furniture is ready to be delivered.
  • Upon delivery, if an item has not been made to specifications, customer must contact Legends sales consultant at time of delivery.
  • Customer will be responsible for all transportation costs of any item found to have a problem at a later time. All damage caused before or during delivery of merchandise MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No claims outside this will be accepted.
  • Redelivery charges will apply to any refused item that was, in fact, made correctly.
  • Legends will not be responsible for any items left in Legends storage beyond 6 months. All monies paid to Legends will be forfeited. Legends will dispose of unwanted furniture at its own discretion.
  • Legends is not responsible for any furniture that does not fit in the customers’ home. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such cases. Such orders must be paid in full.
  • For customers providing their own fabric, production on orders will not begin until ALL COM (Customer’s Own Material) is received by Legends. All yardage recommendations for custom orders and reupholstered items are approximate. If additional yardage is necessary to complete an order, customer will provide more fabric at their expense. Production will be delayed until needed fabric is received by Legends. Customer is responsible for specifying direction of fabric and side of fabric at time of order.
  • Customers Own Material fabrics provided to Legends without specific direction will be upholstered at Legends discretion.
  • Customers Own Material instructions must be provided in written form.
  • In the unlikely event of a manufacturing mistake, Legends Home Furnishings reserves the right to replace or repair all areas affected at its own discretion. Legends Home Furnishings shall have 31 days to complete replacement/repairs from the date that all materials (namely fabric) is made available and received at the Legends factory. The order is not subject to refund or cancellation for any reason.
